How can connection help mom life problems, and where can you find your community?
Many times throughout my life, I hit a rock bottom; it was only through connection that I live, breathe, & speak to you today.
“Rock bottom buddies” story
Foundationally, I invite you to listen to a story recorded for our podcast listeners that speaks to my personal experience with connections elevating my life when I desperately support.
If you haven’t heard, Mom On The Climb Stories Podcast is real moms telling real stories to elevate your soul!
Affectionately, this epistory is named, ”Rock bottom buddies”, in honor of the women that saw me through my rock bottom, and helped me through mom life.
Wise words to live by for life
Some wise wise humans have been speaking about the power of human connection for years. Listen to the power in these words.
So the opposite of addiction is not sobriety. It is human connection.
Johann Hari
Human connections are deeply nurtured in the field of shared story.
Jean Houston
Communication is merely an exchange of information, but connection is an exchange of our humanity.
Sean Stephenson
Perhaps the secret of living well is not in having all the answers but in pursuing unanswerable questions in good company.
Rachel Naomi Remen
Oh boom! Did you read those?!
What do the pros say about connection & community?
I won’t get into all the beautiful research, but one landmark study by the Center for Compassion and Altruistic Research and Education at Stanford Medicine showed that lack of social connection is a greater detriment to health than obesity, smoking and high blood pressure.
On the other hand, strong social connections have shown to…
– lead to a 50% increased chance of longevity
– strengthens your immune system(research by Steve Cole shows that genes impacted by loneliness also code for immune function and inflammation)
– helps you recover from disease faster
– may even lengthen your life!
Where to Find YOUR Tribe (Community) for Great Connection to help mom life
To find your people, I suggest first to just become open and willing to allow new relationships into your life.
After all, it is exciting to believe that new people to collaborate with are still to be discovered in your future!
First: Mom on the Climb Tribe is our private (and free) Facebook group.
If you need judgement-free, all-inclusive, empowering support, we are authentically here for it all.
Listen to how highly our moms speak of this group:
This is the only mom group I’m in. After I was added to this group, I saw what a real mom group was supposed to be! I left all of the others because there was so much drama and negativity. This group is so uplifting and positive. It’s a safe place to ask for help and vent without being judged. 💜💗 I’m so thankful to be a part of this group!”
Abby Roberts
Additionally, another moms says this is what she loves about our Tribe:
The unity, support, love, connections, bonds, and raw honesty we share! We all want to see other Momma’s succeed and support them in their individual journey! No matter the beginning, the middle, we are all in the same boat!
Maechelle Stephens
I could go on for pages!! We have hundreds of words like this!

I’m blown away every time I read our reviews & testimonials, and feel humbled by the years of expertise in our group space. I invite you to Join us if you haven’t already. (It’s FREE)
